SHIPPING COSTS:

To find out the total shipping costs of your order, please enter the items you wish to purchase in the Shopping Cart, then check the appropriate "Shipping Costs" field inside the Shopping Cart.
You will still find the "Shipping costs" entry in the card for each item, which is useful for knowing the exact amount for transporting that product, in the quantity you are interested in.

CASH ON DELIVERY PAYMENT "SUSPENDED

We inform all customers and not, that from 14/4/2020 will NOT be processed orders with payment by COD. Unfortunately we had unpleasant surprises, we have therefore decided to suspend shipping with this method.

Bank transfer (select PayPal and do not complete the payment, indicate in the NOTES of the order "payment by bank transfer". Bank details will be sent to you)
Cash on delivery (payment in cash to the courier)

RETURN CONDITIONS

The customer has 5 days from the delivery of the goods to communicate the voluntary return of the goods.
The return of goods does NOT automatically imply a valid right of withdrawal from the sales contract.
If you have received a product that does not comply with the description, the return shipment is free of charge: our courier will come by within 24 hours to pick it up.
Notification and return must take place within 20 days from the shipment of the goods, only after receiving confirmation of acceptance of the return.
In case of wrong purchase (change of colour/size, change with another product, etc.), the shipment of the returned products is at the customer's expense and must be sent to Ferramenta Gabrielli, Via Abetone Brennero, 163b - 46025, Poggio Rusco (MN).
In case of incorrect purchase after the shipment by the customer and the receipt of the items is expected to be refunded only and exclusively of the items excluding shipping costs.
The right of withdrawal and return is EXCLUDED for all products not returned with original packaging and tags.

DAMAGED GOODS

All our shipments are covered by regular insurance, stipulated with the express courier.Below, you will find the procedure to be followed upon delivery of the goods, so that, in case of unintentional damage by the courier, we will be able to reimburse you.If the instructions below are not taken into account, we will not be able to make any claim against the courier, therefore, in case of damage, we will not be able to issue refunds.Upon delivery of the goods, you will have to check if:

  • The packaging is damaged/wet
  • The goods inside the parcel make noise or appear to be broken
  • The parcel is visibly damaged or shows anomalies of any kind
  • The parcel is open/unsealed
  • The parcel was dropped by the courier at the time of delivery
  • The courier was rude or unfriendly at the time of delivery

If one of these cases occurs, you will have to ask the courier to sign "subject to control" so that he can check the contents of the package before accepting it. For your own peace of mind, we advise you to sign subject to checking even if the package is perfectly intact, and we remind you that the courier CANNOT refuse to sign subject to checking.
