One side 'rough' (embossed or fingerprint) to allow for effective air extraction, the 105 micron thickness provides strength and seal against accidental breakage; the bag with imprint, with a further outer layer of polythene, is more resistant and impervious to moisture, for a better conservation in the freezer. Cuttable and weldable to get custom sizes; Used in refrigerator, freezer, microwave and heat in a double boiler.
